Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a print issue, damage, or manufacturing defect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery Issues & Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and ensure you're taken care of.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Rejection

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or if it’s refused by the recipient:

  • The item can be reshipped manually

  • Shipping costs will be at your expense

  • Reshipment will only proceed after confirmation and payment
